24 Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring

We provide a 24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring Service. The device measures your blood pressure at regular intervals over a 24 hour period, giving you a better picture of how your blood pressure changes throughout the day and in response to everyday activities. 

A 24-hour Blood Pressure Monitor may be particularly useful if you suffer from "White Coat Syndrome", when your blood pressure is temporarily raised due to anxiety at having your blood pressure measured at the GP's surgery.

The cost of this service is €50 and includes initial consultation with the pharmacist and a printed report of your results, which you can then bring along to your GP.
